These terms cover the Bouncy Bros! app, made by Timothy Squires (“I” and “me”). By downloading or playing it, you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. If something here conflicts with Apple's agreement, these terms win where the law allows.
You may play Bouncy Bros! on any Apple device you own or control, for your own fun and not for commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app.
The free version shows ads from Google AdMob. Some rewards, like an extra try at the Daily Challenge, are given after you watch a video to the end. Ads are made by other companies, and I'm not responsible for what they offer. How ads use data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
In-game rewards, stars, characters and other items have no cash value and can't be sold or traded.
Leaderboards and achievements use Apple's Game Center, which follows Apple's terms. Please play fair: scores that come from cheating, altering the app or exploiting bugs may be removed from leaderboards.
Your progress is saved on your device. I work hard to keep it safe, but I can't restore progress that's lost when the app is deleted, a device is lost or replaced without a backup, or data is damaged.
I may update Bouncy Bros! to add levels and Bros, fix problems or change how things work, and some features may change or end over time. Updates may need a newer version of iOS.
Bouncy Bros!, its name, characters, art, music, sounds and code belong to Timothy Squires and are protected by copyright and other laws. The Fredoka font is used under the SIL Open Font License.
Bouncy Bros! is provided “as is.” I work hard to keep it running smoothly, but I can't promise it will always be free of errors or available. To the extent the law allows, I'm not responsible for indirect or incidental losses that come from using the app, and my total responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it in the past twelve months.
These terms are between you and me, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app, its support or maintenance, or any claims about it. If the app doesn't work as described, you may tell Apple, and Apple may refund the price you paid; Apple has no other warranty obligation for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email bouncybros.app@gmail.com.
