Bouncy Bros! is made by Timothy Squires, an independent developer. In this policy, “I” and “me” mean him.
Bouncy Bros! saves your stars, crew, scores and settings on your device. They're included in your device's iCloud or computer backup, like any app's data, and they're erased when you delete the app. I can't see them.
Tilt steering reads your device's motion sensors while you play. That reading moves the paddle on the spot and is never saved or sent anywhere.
Unless you have Ad-Free, the game shows ads from Google AdMob: an occasional full-screen ad between levels, and videos you choose to watch for a reward, such as another try at the Daily Challenge.
To show ads, count views and prevent fraud, Google receives information such as your IP address, device type, iOS version and how you interact with ads. The game doesn't ask to track you, so Google doesn't receive your device's advertising identifier. Starting with version 2, every ad request asks for non-personalized ads rated for general audiences.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK, Switzerland and some US states), Google's consent message appears when you first open the game, and you can change your choice later from Ad privacy choices in the game's Settings. The Ad-Free subscription is bought and managed through Apple. The game only learns whether Ad-Free is active; it never sees your name or payment details. With Ad-Free, the game doesn't load or show ads.
If you're signed in to Game Center, your scores and achievements are sent to Apple so they appear on leaderboards with your Game Center name. Apple's privacy policy covers Game Center, and you can sign out under Settings › Game Center on your device.
When you tap Share, the game makes a picture and a short text of your result and opens iOS's share sheet. Nothing is sent unless you choose where it goes.
Bouncy Bros! is made for players of all ages. It doesn't ask anyone for personal information. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, for example by email, contact me and I'll delete it.
If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply and to fix what you reported. I don't share them, and I'll delete them if you ask.
